WARNING: This is the official release of Buckaroo Banzai, and it has a bug that makes the game unwinnable. The original publishers seemed to be aware of the bug because a printed disclaimer was included with retail copies of the game. More details at Stardot and at acornelectron.co.uk.
Buckaroo Banzai was originally released for various home computers in 1984/85. The BBC Micro version, released in 1987, was by Brian Howarth and appeared only on the Scott Adams Scoops and Gold Collection compilations.
Scott Adams has said that he did not have much to do with the creation of this game and that it was mostly written by Philip Case and Kem McNair.
